Service Description
+ One hour Session (1 session per month) + Goals Review/Check-in (Accountability) + Discuss Challenges & Any Areas in Need of Support The Monthly Maintenance Program is available to clients that complete the 4-Week Nutrition & Health Program or the Single Session Nutrition Consultation. This program is for maintaining the plan created during our initial work together and to provide accountability and support on an on-going basis. We meet once per month for one hour and discuss challenges, areas in need of support and/or strategies to keep you moving forward as you make progress towards reaching your goals. Our sessions can support your current weight loss goals or help you maintain the results you have achieved.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for each client. When a session is cancelled or rescheduled without adequate notice, I am unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current client on such short notice. To protect our time, and for both your and the respect of our other clients, this cancellation policy has been put in place for all coaching sessions: Unless extraordinary circumstances apply: 1. A 50% cancellation fee (50% of your total session fee) will be applied and auto-deducted when a session is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. 2. A 100% cancellation fee (100% of your total session fee) will be applied and auto-deducted when a session is cancelled less than 3 hours prior to session time the same day. 3. A No Show fee (100% of your total session fee) will be applied when you fail to appear within 15 minutes of your appointment time. Additionally, when you are late, the lost time will not be made up. 4. Other situations: If a session is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance more than 3 times, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied to any future cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance for that specific client. 5. If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with greater than 24 hours’ notice, no cancellation will be applied. Please understand that your sessions should be viewed as any other important appointment you make for yourself. Coaching or counseling is an investment in yourself. The decision to cancel for any reason other than serious illness or emergency should be heavily weighed against the benefit you would miss out on from keeping your appointment. A cancellation policy is standard practice with most coaching agencies and private practices. Since consultations are free of charge, there is no cancellation fee associated with them. However, potential clients that cancel their consultation with less than 24 hours notice and/or who miss their consultation appointment more than twice will not be allowed to schedule another one. Instead, a standard paid service will have to be scheduled and will be subject to the above cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding of this matter.
