Total Plant-Based Wellness is a wellness consultancy that focuses on plant-based nutrition and coaching.
My mission is to help my clients achieve optimal health through altering their eating habits, creating personalized programs and meal plans, and offering guidance and support.

My Story
Food should be our medicine, and our medicine should be our food.” This simple yet powerful statement resonates deeply with me. It took more than half of my life to truly understand the impact of our dietary choices on our overall well-being.

I’ve witnessed firsthand the harm that western medicine and poor food choices can inflict on our bodies. The cycle of medications often led to more underlying issues. However, in 2016, I made a life-changing decision: I embraced a plant-based lifestyle. The results were remarkable—I healed my body, shed excess weight, regained my energy, and sharpened my mind. I transformed into the person I was meant to be.

My journey led me to earn a Plant-Based Nutrition certificate from Cornell University. Now, I’m passionate about helping others live their best lives. As a coach, I take a solution-focused approach. I get to know my clients individually—understanding their habits, routines, and schedules. Whether you’re looking to add more plant-based dishes or fully transition, my goal is to guide you toward becoming the best version of yourself.
